Ya can't beat Córdoba when it comes to wowza architecture and old world flavor. It's one of the best places in Spain to visit (and to live if you are lucky!) and is in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia. Back in the day, it was an important Roman city and a major Islamic center in the Middle Ages. There are so many dang things to see that you will need more than a week. La Mezquita, the gorgeous Roman Bridge/Calahorra Tower and of course the Plaza de las Tendillas are just a few. It bakes in the summer so make sure you have a drink in-hand and a big straw hat to stay cool. Speaking of cool, you will dig this bracelet. It screams Córdoba and España.
