Kua Bay is just north of Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii and is known for its crystal clear blue waters and white sandy beaches. Is there such a thing as crystal clear and blue? Anyway, this spot on the coast is just beautiful and blue...really blue. Kua Bay is also known for its beach break that can be pretty rough at times so tread carefully. On the flip side, it’s also a small and secluded spot with white sand that is ideal to push your toes into while watching one of those golden Hawaiian sunsets. It’s one of the best beaches to be on when the crowds have subdued. This bracelet captures the feel of that little special little bay. The Black Lava Rock represents the volcanic aspect of the island---don't worry, this lava rock is NOT from Hawaii (which is taboo). The Recycled Glass represent those blue waters that you just gotta dip into. Throw in some Coconut Wood and Puka Shell and you got your island flava. The Big 50 - 65-million-year-old Fossilized Shark Tooth represents one of our bruddahs just quietly cruising the bay looking for its next supper. The Large Bone Mala Skull represents you and your place in the world. Hopefully your place is at Kua Bay. Even the name is cool. Aloha!
