There is nothing better than single malt whiskey. Anyone who begs to differ has never had a taste of the real deal. Sitting around a campfire on an early evening in the mountains or on a lake or next to the sea is as good as it gets. Throw in a robust Nicaraguan cigar and you’re in the happy place. If you’ve had the pleasure of living in or visiting Scotland, you know there are sooooo many distilleries to visit for their own individual take on the matter. Many of these malt distilleries are listed on a map or as a formal whiskey trail of some kind. One of the best is the official Malt Whiskey Trail that runs in the Speyside region and features over 9 famous distillers and man…is it worth it if you can manage it. Good luck doing more than a couple in a day. There are also few informal trails in the Highlands and you can even find a few in the Lowland and throughout the islands. This bracelet is dedicated to those who search out that that perfect whiskey that emotionally appeals to them. It’s not about brand. It’s about the right taste, the right mood and the right setting that brings it all together. This piece reflects those things. The Huge Camel Bone and Ox Horn Beads resemble old whiskey barrels and the Amber Glass reminds you of the color of a darker malt (looks great in the light). Included are 2 Vintage Acrylic Copper Beads that look exactly like aged copper pot stills and the Ox Bone adds an earthy grittiness to the piece. An Antique Scottish Piper Uniform Tunic Button gives this piece a real Scottish authenticity. There are 2 Bone Mala Skulls as a reminder that it’s always best to share that malty nectar with mates. This is a big, husky bracelet and it will take that right one to brandish it around one of those campfires. Have a dirk nearby ‘cause there will be many envious eyes on your new malty bling. Lang may yer lum reek!
