Cruising through the San Juan Islands by sail or by motor is quite exciting. The densely forested islands are surrounded by churning, swirling cold waters which feel like they are almost lost themselves. From the sea, the islands remind you of what the entire coastline must have looked like before man took over. It's hard to beat that part of the country during the summer months. It's too bad you just can't take an easy dip into those cold waters though...if you do, make sure you got a dry suit! BTW, it's a great place to dive and the marine life rivals anything seen in the tropics. This bracelet has an early turn-of-the-century look and feel to it.
