This bracelet is a shout-out to all the vintage Tiki bars out there---from Trader Vic’s to the person who has the swanky, little Tiki Bar tucked down in the basement or garage. A great Tiki bar is a place where you can escape the modern ho-hum modern life and to experience, at least just for a short time, the old romance of the South Seas during the height of travel from the 1930’s to early 1970’s. These places are jammed pack full of Polynesian statues, old travel photos, palm leaves/raffia roofs and walls, voodoo trinkets and of course…the alter known as the bar. Each bar has the sweet fruit  nectars that are required to add to your favorite rum, tequila and whiskey concoctions. There is nothing better than a Mai Tai or Pina Colada while listening to old scratched-up Martin Denny records and watching you Hula Gal statue sway back-n-forth in one of these dimly lit hideaways. This bracelet looks like the inside of one of those Tiki bars with all the palm-leave, coconut and Teak wood textures and colors. There’s almost a monochromatic color and feel to each Tiki Bar with occasional bright pops of color splashed throughout. The Dalmatian Jasper and Ox Bone pieces blend nicely together to give it that look. The Hand-Carved Yak Horn and Ox Bone pieces add that tribal flare and the Huge Ox Bone Skull represents the Tiki gods.
